IMPORTANT INFORMATIONAny ticket purchased and a patron¹s entry to and presence at the Auckland Folk Festival (³Event²) is subject to the following terms and conditions.1. Auckland Folk Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists or vary advertised events. 2. The Auckland Folk Festival is unable to supply electric power for the use of patrons or their camping (the electrical current supplied to the festival site has been reduced by Kumeu Show Grounds). Patrons are therefore expressly forbidden from connecting any caravan lead, plug or device to any electrical socket on the festival site to avoid overloading the electricity supply. Please note that hot water will not be available in the Shearers Kitchen, the Barn and the Old Café. There will be a limited amount of hot water available in the Hall kitchen. If you are disabled and must have electricity to power medical equipment please raise this with Auckland Folk Festival before buying your ticket (we will do our best to assist). 3. Patrons must follow the direction of all Event security, emergency services and staff at all times. 4. All animals other than guide dogs for intended purpose are forbidden. The Auckland Folk Festival reserves the right to refuse admittance to or evict from the Event any person with reasonable cause or who does not comply with the terms and conditions of entry to the Auckland Folk Festival. 5. The Auckland Folk Festival takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. The patron enters the venue at their own risk and to the maximum extent permitted by the law the Auckland Folk Festival, its trustees and all other persons involved in the organisation, conduct, sponsorship and promotion of the event, accept no liability for any injury, loss, claims, costs, expenses or damage which may be suffered or incurred by any patron. 6. If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue on full force. 7. The Auckland Folk Festival Inc. is committed to recycling. However, the small quantities of material that can be recycled makes it prohibitive for commercial waste companies to remove it. We therefore ask for your support, and to this end, request that you take recyclable materials with you when you leave the site. Thank you for your co-operation. Gates open 9.00am Friday and the grounds close 2.30pm Monday so pleasenote that you must vacate the site by this time as the gates will be locked. St. Johns ambulance will provide First Aid only. You are responsible for your own medication. |
